Call Disclosure

Last updated: May 4th, 2026

Some businesses using FrontPocket may use an AI assistant to answer, route, transcribe, summarize, or process phone calls.

AI Assistant Disclosure

When a call is handled by the AI assistant, callers may hear a disclosure such as:

“Hi, you’ve reached the AI assistant for [Business Name]. This call may be recorded or transcribed so [Business Name] can respond to your request. How can I help?”

Recording and Transcription

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and reviewed to provide the service, send lead information to the business, troubleshoot issues, improve call handling, and maintain service quality.

Use of Call Information

Call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and caller details may be shared with the business that received the call so the business can respond to the caller’s request.

AI Limitations

The AI assistant may misunderstand a caller, collect incomplete information, or provide imperfect summaries. The business is responsible for reviewing lead information and following up with callers.

Not for Emergencies

The AI assistant is not intended for life-threatening emergencies or emergency dispatch.

If you are experiencing a medical, police, fire, or other life-threatening emergency, hang up and call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Questions About a Call

Questions about a specific call should be directed to the business you contacted or to FrontPocket at hello@nicolegrizzle.com.
