This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how FrontPocket handles payments, cancellations, refunds, billing issues, and related customer service requests.

Service Description
FrontPocket provides an AI missed-call assistant and related setup, communication, and support services for businesses. The service may include call answering, call summaries, lead alerts, configuration, onboarding, and related support.
No Physical Goods or Returns
FrontPocket does not sell physical goods. No shipping, product delivery, or physical product returns apply.
Pilot Services and Billing
Pilot services, subscriptions, setup fees, usage charges, and related services are billed according to the plan, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement provided to the customer.
Some services may be billed in advance. Additional usage, overages, setup work, or custom services may be billed separately if agreed with the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation by contacting FrontPocket at hello@nicolegrizzle.com.
Cancellation stops future billing after the current paid period or agreed service term. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, cancellation does not automatically refund charges that have already been paid or work that has already started.
Refund Policy
Because FrontPocket may include setup work, configuration, phone usage, AI processing, messaging costs, onboarding, and support, payments are generally non-refundable once service has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, billed the wrong amount, or paid for a service that was not provided, please contact us. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Dispute Policy
If you have a billing concern, please contact FrontPocket first at hello@nicolegrizzle.com so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
We may request additional information to investigate billing disputes, including the customer name, business name, payment date, invoice number, charge amount, and a description of the issue.
Promotions
FrontPocket may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, pilots, or special pricing. Any promotion is subject to the terms stated at the time it is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Legal or Export Restrictions
Customers are responsible for using FrontPocket in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. FrontPocket may refuse, suspend, or cancel service if we believe the service is being used unlawfully or in a way that violates our terms.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
