Terms

Last updated: May 3rd, 2026

These Pilot Terms apply to the missed-call recovery pilot provided by FrontPocket to participating service businesses. By paying an invoice, signing up for the pilot, or using the service, you agree to these Pilot Terms.

Service Description

The pilot provides an AI call assistant that can answer or receive forwarded calls, collect caller details, ask basic qualifying questions, and send lead summaries to the business owner or designated contact.

Pilot Nature

This is an early pilot service. Features, workflows, scripts, integrations, and availability may change as the service is tested and improved.

No Guaranteed Results

FrontPocket does not guarantee any number of calls, leads, booked jobs, revenue, customer responses, or business outcomes. The service is intended to help capture and organize missed-call opportunities, not guarantee sales.

AI Limitations

The AI assistant may misunderstand callers, collect incomplete information, provide imperfect summaries, or fail to escalate a call correctly. The business is responsible for reviewing lead information and following up with customers.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, service areas, escalation rules, contact numbers, and any updates needed for the assistant to operate properly.

The customer is also responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for its business and complying with laws that apply to its industry, customers, and communications.

Not for Emergencies

The service is not designed for medical, police, fire, life-safety, or emergency dispatch use. Callers with life-threatening emergencies should call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Calls, Recordings, and Transcripts

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and reviewed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, improve call flows, and send lead information to the business.

The customer is responsible for ensuring its use of the service, including any call forwarding, call recording, transcription, or disclosure practices, complies with applicable laws.

Third-Party Providers

The service may rely on third-party providers for phone calls, AI voice, transcription, messaging, hosting, payment processing, analytics, or related infrastructure.

Billing and Cancellation

The pilot is billed monthly unless otherwise stated. The customer may cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom Workflows

The pilot includes basic setup for the customer’s business. Additional custom workflows, integrations, reporting, or advanced call handling may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

Service Availability

FrontPocket will make reasonable efforts to provide the service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Phone systems, third-party providers, internet services, and AI tools may experience delays, outages, or errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontPocket’s total liability related to the pilot is limited to the amount the customer paid for the service during the most recent month.

Changes to These Terms

FrontPocket may update these Pilot Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
